Last updated: March 20, 2026

1. Introduction

perceptdot ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the perceptdot platform, including our MCP servers, API, and related services (the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please discontinue use of the Service.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide during registration. For team plans, we also collect organization name and team member email addresses.

Usage Data. We automatically collect data about how you use the Service, including:

Payment Information. We do not store your full payment card details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We receive and store only transaction identifiers, subscription status, plan tier, and billing history necessary to manage your subscription.

Third-Party Service Credentials. To connect integrations (GA4, Vercel, Sentry, GitHub), you provide API keys or OAuth tokens. These credentials are encrypted at rest and used solely to fetch data on your behalf. We do not share your credentials with any third party.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your data to train AI models.

4. Data Storage

perceptdot's backend infrastructure runs on Cloudflare Workers (edge computing) and associated Cloudflare services. Data may be stored and processed on servers located in the United States and the Republic of Korea, as well as Cloudflare's global edge network.

We apply industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256) for all data we store, including your API keys and account information.

By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in these locations, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.

5. Third-Party Services

perceptdot integrates with the following third-party services to provide the Service. Each operates under its own privacy policy:

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties except as required by law or as described in this policy.

Note: The third-party services you connect to perceptdot (Google Analytics, Vercel, Sentry, GitHub) are accessed using your own credentials. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies, not ours.

6. Cookies and Local Storage

perceptdot uses localStorage in your browser only to store your authentication session token and user preferences (such as theme). No data is written to localStorage for tracking or advertising purposes.

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We do not use advertising networks. We do not participate in any cross-site tracking.

If you clear your browser's localStorage, you will be logged out and any locally stored preferences will be reset.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Usage logs and ROI metrics are retained for up to 12 months on paid plans and 30 days on the free plan, after which they are automatically deleted.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records (e.g., billing history for tax purposes), which we retain for up to 5 years.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at privacy@perceptdot.com. We will respond to all requests within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

9. Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it, including:

No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
