Welcome to perceptdot. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the perceptdot platform, including our MCP servers, API, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by perceptdot ("we," "us," or "our").
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using perceptdot in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
By creating an account, installing a perceptdot MCP package, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that:
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
perceptdot is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) platform that provides AI agents with real-time visibility into external services, including but not limited to Google Analytics 4, Vercel, Sentry, and GitHub. The Service enables AI agents to:
perceptdot is provided as npm packages under the @perceptdot/* namespace and as a cloud backend service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
perceptdot offers the following subscription tiers:
Features and limits for each plan are subject to change. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before reducing features on a plan you are actively subscribed to.
All paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms of service in addition to these Terms.
Billing Cycle. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis, beginning on the date you upgrade to a paid plan. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial payment or any renewal payment by contacting us at contact@perceptdot.com. Refunds beyond the 30-day window are issued at our sole discretion.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided except as described above.
Taxes. You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your use of the Service.
You are solely responsible for your use of the Service and for any actions taken through your account. You agree to:
All content, code, branding, and materials comprising the perceptdot Service are the exclusive property of perceptdot and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of any data you provide to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, perceptdot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if your account poses a risk to the Service or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@perceptdot.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — will survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Republic of Korea. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved locally, that jurisdiction's mandatory consumer protection laws will apply.
